Historical software. These are 1990s versions of PGP (2.x and 5.0) and tools for them, kept unchanged for history and research. They use old algorithms (RSA keys of 1024 bits or less, IDEA, MD5) and must not be used to protect anything today. For real use, install GnuPG.

The complete distribution kit of Elm version 2.4, patch level 25,
integrated with the latest (15th) patch level of the PGP integration
code.  A derivative of the ME8 kit, but Michael Elkins has now ceased
maintaining that version.

The complete distribution kit of Elm version 2.4, patch level 24,
integrated with the 8th version of Michael Elkins' changes to make it
work smoothly with PGP.

elm-2.4pl24me8.diffs.gz

The differences (as a patch file) between a virgin Elm version 2.4,
patch level 24, and the same when integrated with the 8th version of
Michael Elkins' changes to make it work smoothly with PGP.  Includes
some MIME support.

A patch file to convert elm-2.4pl24me8.tar.gz to version 8a.
